SWAT Team
Children in grade 5 at SWCC have a unique opportunity to participate in a servant-leadership ministry designed just for them. Our S.W.A.T. (Servants With ATtitude) ministry works with our 5th grades during their last year of children’s ministry to help them discover their strengths and develop their talents and skills to be used in ministry. S.W.A.T. Team training has already begun for the 2008-2009 school year. To apply for SWAT contact Vangie.

Family Camp
Our first annual Family Camp is scheduled for Friday September 19th through Sunday, September 21st at Woodland Christian Camp. Come as a family to reconnect and worship together.  We’ll also premier Route 67, our new spiritual formation initiave for families. Cost is $50 per family (whole weekend) or $30 per family (after 12pm Saturday). Registration for this event closes September 7th. Contact Vangie or Craig for more details.

Fall Festival
This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family into our church. Our evening will begin at 6:00 with our Wonderful Wednesday meal. Following supper, we will dismiss children and their parents for fun and games. Children are invited to wear their costumes (nothing scary please), participate in all the fun events and collect the candy their parents will allow! Events will include a Giant slide, Noah’s Ark obstacle course, Cakewalk, Face painting, games and CANDY!
